Both my computers obstructed effort to the internet and I couldn;t amount discover why. I unfit ZA and they worked fine. I eventually looked into it a lowercase deeper and both had the internet regularize ordered to HIGH.

windows update caused this –run ZA on medium until fixed

YES! the customer support guy for my internet made me do soo many things before realizing that the problem was my Zone Alarm Firewall setting on high.
all i had to do was change it to medium, problem fixed.
