Smart people don’t pirate software. Someone who suggests piracy is not someone you should take advice from. They are frequently wrong about other things as well.
The software license for Adobe Creative Suite applications is displayed during installation. You should read it sometime.
You can install After Effects on two computers that you own. You cannot use both at the same time.
